The RideClean Team hosted this successful Arizona State Championship event at Phoenix's City Hall on Saturday, April 12, and provided a platform for Phoenix City Councilman Michael Johnson to meet the High Schoolers from the "Inconvenient Ride", an outreach project that allowed eight young people to ride bikes over 5,000 miles across the country to raise awareness about sustainability issues as part of a school project.

The event was "greened up" by the purchase of Clif Bar Cool Tags, with 100% of the money from the purchase of the tags going to Native Energy which builds wind turbines on the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation.

RideClean wishes to thank all of it's sponsors and volunteers for their efforts to bring about this successful event.
